By using our Services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account information and all activities under your account.

SECTION 2 - PRODUCTS
We sell premium extra virgin olive oil produced in Crete, Greece. We make every effort to present our products accurately, but the appearance may vary slightly due to device settings. All product descriptions and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion. Orders are not confirmed until payment is processed and accepted. Changes or cancellations may not be possible after order confirmation. Orders are subject to our Return and Refund Policy.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
All prices are in Euro (€) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Shipping, handling, customs, and additional fees may apply outside designated free shipping zones. You agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We offer free shipping via DHL to: Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, Spain, Portugal, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, and Ireland.

Delivery estimates: 10-15 working days. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs. Risk transfers to the customer upon shipment.

SECTION 6 - RETURNS
We only accept returns of unopened, sealed food products within 14 days of delivery, in compliance with EU law and food safety regulations. To initiate a return, contact us at mail@sopato.com. Returns must be sent to:

Tracking must be provided. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

SECTION 7 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
EU consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days without giving a reason, provided the product is unopened and sealed.

SECTION 8 - PAYMENTS
We accept payment by credit card, PayPal, and other standard Shopify payment methods.

SECTION 9 - LIABILITY
Our liability is limited to direct damages caused by defective products. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

SECTION 10 - GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service are governed by Greek law. The courts of Heraklion, Crete have exclusive jurisdiction.

SECTION 11 - FINAL CLAUSES
In case of discrepancies, the Greek version of these terms prevails. We do not participate in alternative dispute resolution (ADR) proceedings. The ODR platform is available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
