Return Period

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
This is in line with the minimum requirement under EU law for distance sales.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unopened, sealed, and in its original packaging.
The product must be in the same condition as when you received it.
The item must not have been used, tampered with, or opened in any way.
You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns for opened or unsealed food products.


How to Start a Return

Important: Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
Contact us right away if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product.
We will evaluate the issue and arrange a suitable solution.


Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:
Opened or unsealed food products (for health and safety reasons)
Custom or personalized items
Sale items or gift cards

Please contact us if you have questions about your specific product.


Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product (following the return process) and place a new order.


European Union – 14 Day Cooling-Off Period

For shipments within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.

However, to be eligible for return:
The product must be sealed, unused, and in its original packaging.

The cooling-off period does not apply to opened or perishable food products, as restricted by EU law for health and safety.


Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at mail@sopato.com.
